THE 18TH WICKER FORMS TECHNIQUE WORKSHOP

 

Each of the artists may participate in the workshops after registering. During the open air, we are going to hold workshops on weaving.

​

For the workshops, we would like to invite both artists as well as people wanting to get to know the secrets of wicker weaves. The work is based on individual approach toward each participant. The forms created at the workshop belong to the author.

 

The participants will be intorduced to the secrets of WEAVING TECHNIQUES by:
 

• JETTE MELLGREN (Danmark), one of the greatest artists from this field of art  
  materials: bark, grass, wicker, recyclable materials
  Erasmus + accompanying event "Green up"

• BERNARD BORZĘCKI (Poland), the Beskidy Mountain artist, graduate of Department of Art at University of Rzeszów, Małopolski Popular University, master in weaving craft 
  materials: wicker​
  and individual consultations (sculptural forms) in the afternoon
